The pool house has easycare stone and stucco siding, and inside, guests and family find tile floors, a full entertainment-style kitchen, and changing rooms. This design began with a very modified Lexington, 20'x48', with the pitch increased to accommodate a cathedral ceiling and a loft with bedrooms and en suite baths.
